1. Who we are
FCK Events ("we") organizes events in Bucharest and operates the site fckevents.ro. By using the site or attending our events, you agree to these terms.
2. Tickets & entry
Tickets are sold via third-party ticketing providers. A ticket is nominal and valid based on your confirmation email. Entry is by name, with photo ID. Events are 18+.
3. Payments
Ticket payments are processed entirely by the ticketing provider (e.g. iaBilet / Eventim). We do not collect or store card data. Refunds follow the ticketing provider's policy.
4. Cancellations & changes
We reserve the right to change the line-up, venue, or time. In case of cancellation, refunds are handled by the ticketing provider per their policy.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for behaviour that endangers the safety or experience of others. Zero tolerance for harassment or violence.
6. Merch & orders
Shop products are ordered through our store. Availability, delivery, and returns are governed by the store's terms, shown at checkout.
7. Liability
You attend our events at your own risk. We are not liable for lost belongings or damages caused by third parties, to the extent permitted by law.
